Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada bio je izraditi simulaciju i programsko rješenje praćenja proizvoda izlaznog dijela valjačkog stana, te HMI sučelje za nadzor i kontrolu simulacije. Simulacija se sastoji od dva glavna dijela. Prvi dio simulira stvaranje i transport čelične ploče sve dok se čelična ploča ne zaustavu u DRT području. Drugi dio simulira utovar čelične ploče na podlogu za hlađenje, njen transport i istovar na transportne valjke za dimenzioniranje. U simulaciji je omogućeno praćenje pozicije i karakteristika svake pojedine čelične ploče u svakoj fazi procesa.
Abstract (english)
This paper aims to create a simulation and software solution for product tracking of the exit part of the rolling mill, as well as an HMI interface for simulation control and monitoring. When creating the simulation, in the first part of the simulation it was necessary to simulate the creation and transport of the steel plate to the end of the first part of the simulation. In the second part of the simulation, it was necessary to simulate the loading of the steel plate on the cooling pad, its transport and unloading onto the transport rollers for sizing. In both parts of the simulation, it is possible to monitor the position and characteristics of each individual steel plate at every moment of the simulation.
