Abstract
Svrha ovog rada je proces izrade programa automatizacije kotla za kuhanje sladovine. Od naručitelja se dobivaju svi potrebni podatci koji se tada predstavljaju u nekoliko dokumenata koji sadrže sve potrebne informacije kako bi se kreirao program automatizacije kotla. Pomoću dokumentacije potrebno je u tablice parametrizacije definirati i navesti sve potrebe informacije elemenata korištenih u izradi programa. FDS, P&ID te ASI tablice koriste se u kombinaciji kako bi se uspješno izradila parametrizacijska tablica. Svi podatci se izvoze pomoću definiranih makro naredbi. Izrada korisničkog programa vrši se unutar Step 7 programa koji koristi blokove za definiranje zasebnih funkcija, glavnih dijelova programa te podataka koji se nakon završetka izrade prebacuju na PLC. Unutar BRAUMAT sustava se zatim izrađuje SCADA sučelje te se definiraju recepti. Uz to hardverskom konfiguracijom uspostavlja se veza sa PLC uređajem kako bi se moglo ispitati funkcioniranje izrađenog programa. Nakon što se utvrdi kako sve funkcionira kako je zamišljeno predaje se naručitelju te se može osposobiti automatizirani pogon proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this thesis is the process of creating a program for automating a wort kettle/wort copper. All necessary data is obtained from the customer, which is then presented in several types of documents that contain all the necessary information to create the wort kettle automation program. With the help of the documentation, it is necessary to define and list all information of elements used in the creation of the program in the parametrization table. All data is exported using existing macro commands. The creation of the user program is done using the Step 7 program, which uses blocks to define separate functions, main parts of the program and data that are transferred to the PLC after their creation. Within BRAUMAT, the SCADA interface is then created and recipes are defined. In addition, the hardware configuration establishes a connection with the PLC device so that the functioning of the created program can be tested. After it is confirmed that everything works as intended, the program is handed over to the customer and the automated production facility can begin.
