Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je razvoj mobilnih mreža od prve do pete generacije. Nakon toga fokus je stavljen na novu generaciju, 5G generaciju mobilnih mreža gdje su opisane prednosti i arhitektura same mreže. U okviru diplomskog rada napravljena je privatna 5G mreža korištenjem programski definiranog radio uređaja, te su detaljno opisani koraci u razvoju ove mreže. Izmjerene su performanse nove mreže te je napravljena usporedba s komercijalnim 5G mrežama nacionalnih operatera.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the development of mobile networks from the first to the fifth generation. After that, the focus was placed on the new generation, the 5G generation of mobile networks, where the advantages and architecture of the network itself were described. As part of the thesis, a private 5G network was created using a software-defined radio device, and the steps in the development of this network were described in detail. The performance of the new network was measured and a comparison was made with commercial 5G networks of national operators.
