Abstract
U radu je sustavno analizirana povratna logistika kao ključna komponenta održivog poslovanja. Istražena su njezina važnost, zakonodavni okvir te ekonomska implikacija. Proučene su metode recikliranja materijala, primjeri iz raznih zemalja te uloga informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije. Na kraju je prezentiran koncept web aplikacije za olakšavanje komunikacije unutar industrije povratne logistike.
Abstract (english)
This paper systematically examines reverse logistics as a crucial component of sustainable business practices. Its significance, legislative framework, and economic implications are explored. Recycling methods, case examples from various countries, and the role of information and communication technology are studied. Lastly, a conceptual web application is presented to facilitate communication within the reverse logistics industry. This paper provides a comprehensive overview and research to stimulate further development and innovation in this important field.
