Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisane su vrste i karakteristike motora za primjenu u električnim vozilima. Također su generalno opisana električna vozila i njihovi pogonski sistemi te je istraženo i tržište istih. Vrste motora korištene u električnim vozilima su podijeljene u dvije skupine, izmjenične i istosmjerne. Izmjenični motori koji se primjenjuju za pogon električnih vozila su indukcijski motori, sinkroni motori s permanentnim magnetima te sinkroni reluktantni motori, a predstavnik istosmjernih motora je istosmjerni motor bez četkica. Opisani su njihovi principi rada, građa motora, konstrukcije rotora i statora, karakteristike, prednosti i nedostatci te njihova primjena u električnim vozilima. Na temelju usporedbe električnih motora i njihovih karakteristika moguće je zaključiti i donijeti odluku za kakva su vozila određene vrste motora prikladnije.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, the types and characteristics of motors for use in electric vehicles are described. Electric vehicles and their propulsion systems are also generally explained, and the market for them is explored. The types of motors used in electric vehicles are divided into two groups, alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC). AC motors used for electric vehicle propulsion include induction motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and synchronous reluctance motors, while a representative of DC motors is the brushless DC motor. Their operating principles, motor construction, rotor and stator designs, characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and their application in electric vehicles are described. Based on a comparison of electric motors and their characteristics, it is possible to conclude and make a decision about which types of motors are more suitable for specific types of vehicles.
