Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je bio objasniti teoriju prijenosa topline, posebno kondukciju, konvekciju i zračenje. Kod kondukcije su se opisivala dva mehanizma koja objašnjavaju kako se toplina prenosi, dok kod konvekcije postoji podjela koja se dijeli na prirodnu konvekciju i prisilnu konvekciju. Također, cilj je bio opisati utjecaj temperature na životni vijek uređaja kao i njegovih komponenti, gdje na osnovu toga onda dolazi i do promjene parametara i same pouzdanosti uređaja. Velika pažnja se pridodaje hlađenju samih uređaja i strojeva gdje je u radu opisano više načina hlađenja. Pomoću našeg mjerenja može se zaključiti da nakon određenog vremena dolazi prijelazne pojave topline koja dosegne svoju maksimalnu nadtemperaturu.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the aim was to explain the theory of heat transfer, especially conduction, convection and radiation. In the case of conduction, two mechanisms were described that explain how heat is transferred, while in the case of convection there is a division that is divided into natural convection and forced convection. Also, the goal was to describe the influence of temperature on the lifetime of the device as well as its components, where, based on this, there is a change in the parameters and the reliability of the device itself. We pay great attention to the cooling of the devices and machines themselves, where several methods of cooling are described in the paper. With the help of our measurement, we can conclude that after a certain time there is a transient occurrence of heat that reaches its maximum overtemperature.
