Abstract
U završnom radu opisuje se dosta informacija vezanih za građu LED diode i njenu primjenu u javnoj rasvjeti. Krenuvši sa kratkim pregledom povijesti, pa osnovnim pojmovima svjetlosti i boja općenito pa sve do građe LED diode, vrlo dobrih tehničkih karakteristika, dugog vijeka trajanja, principa rada LED diode, te naravno i prednosti ali i nedostatka same LED diode. Također u javnoj rasvjeti sam se osvrnuo na važeće norme u Hrvatskoj, te na laboratorijsko mjerenje LED rasvjete koje kasnije omogućuje proje- ktiranje u raznim programima.
Abstract (english)
The final paper describes a lot of information related to LED diode and it's application in the public lighting. Starting with a brief overview of the history, concepts about colour and light, concepts about the material, very good technical characteristics till long life of LED diode, the principe of LED diode and of course advantages and disadvantages of LED diode. In addition, paper describes valid standards in Croatia, LED lab measurements, which later enables design in various programsThe final paper describes a lot of information related to LED diode and it's application in the public lighting.
