Abstract
U radu je opisan proces nastanka baze podataka od stvarnog svijeta do fizičkog modela. Objašnjeno je modeliranje podataka, od konceptualnog dijela, preko logičkog modeliranja, do fizičkog. Definirano je što je model entitet-veza i ER dijagram, što je normalizacija te općeniti podaci o jeziku u kojem se baze podataka kreiraju, SQL. Nakon definicija i općih podatka, u dodatku je prikazano navedeno u praksi, na primjeru baze podataka "Ribolovni klub". Ovo je baza podataka za ribolovce, pomaže vlasnicima voda na kojima se lovi voditi brigu o cijenama karata, količini ulova ribe, vremenu provedenom na ribnjaku, te količini i vrsti ulovljene ribe, koje korisnik sam može odrediti. Korisnik sam određuje ime ribnjaka, ime vrsta koje se nalaze u vodi, cijenu karte i vrijeme provedeno na ribnjaku, kao i početak lovostaja te cijenu. Korisnik može dodavati više elemenata, te ukloniti postojeće.
Abstract (english)
In this work it has been defined the process of making database, starting from real world to physical model. Modeling of data is explained, starting from conceptual model, over the logical modeling, to physical. Definition of enitity-relationship model is stated, including ER diagram, what normalisation is, and basic information about language in which databases are written, SQL. After definitions and basic information, in addition it has been shown work in progress on example of database named "Fishing club". This is database for fisherman, helps the owners of the fishing waters to take care of ticket prices, amount of fish taken, time spent on the lake, and species of the fish, which user can determine himself. User alone creates his own database name of the lake, name of species, ticket prices and time spent fishing, same as the start of fishing season. User can add more elements, or remove existing ones.
