Abstract
Elektroničko poslovanje je opći koncept koji obuhvaća sve oblike poslovnih transakcija ili razmjene informacija koje se izvode korištenjem informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije među tvrtkama, između tvrtki i njihovih kupaca, ili između tvrtki i javne administracije. Najvažnija komponenta u razvoju elektroničkog poslovanja je bio Internet bez kojeg ne bi mogli govoriti o elektroničkom poslovanju. Elektronička gotovina je oblik elektroničkog plaćanja koji teži istim karakteristikama koje ima način plaćanja “papirnatom” gotovinom. Elektronički novac ili elektronička gotovina jedan je od načina ostvarivanja elektroničkog oblika plaćanja. Elektronički ček je elektronički ekvivalent klasičnog papirnatog čeka. Izdaje ga kupac trgovcu, a trgovac ga polaže u svoju banku, koja obavlja naplatu od banke izdavaoca. Iz podataka o elektroničkom plaćanju u RH kod građana i poslovnih subjekata u razdoblju od 2010. do 2013. Godine vidimo da su građani više koristili elektroničko plaćanje, a poslovni subjekti su imali veću vrijednost transakcija. Iz godine u godinu veći je broj korisnika i veća vrijednost transakcija i kod građana i kod poslovnih subjekata. Iz podataka od korištenju elektroničkih čekova u RH u razdoblju od 2010. do 2013. Godine vidimo da su građani imali veći broj transakcija koji iz godine u godinu opada. Građani su imali i veću vrijednost transakcija od poslovnih subjekata koji opada sa godinama. Iz toga je vidljivo da se e-ček gotovo više i ne koristi. Elektronički potpis predstavlja generički pojam koji podrazumijeva čitav niz različitih vrsta digitalno prikazanih podataka pomoću kojih se vrši identifikacija korisnika i provjera vjerodostojnosti potpisanog elektroničkog dokumenata

Electronic commerce is a general concept that encompasses all forms of business transactions or information exchangethat are carriedoutusinginformationandcommunicationtechnologyamongcompanies , betweencompaniesandtheircustomers , or betweencompaniesandpublicadministration . The most importantcomponentinthedevelopmentof e-businesswasthe Internet , withoutwhichtheycouldnot talk about e-business . Electroniccash is a formofelectronicpayment , whichweighsthe same characteristicsthathavepaymentmethod "paper" cash . Electronicmoney or electroniccash is one wayofachievingelectronicformsofpayment . Electroniccheck is theelectronicequivalentoftheclassicpapercheck. Issuedbythebuyer to thedealer , thedealerlaysitinyourbank , whichcarries a chargeofissuingbank .
