Abstract
U radu je opisan proces elektrolučnog zavarivanja u zaštitnoj zoni plina, sa naglaskom na način prijenosa metala kratkim spojem. Opisani su parametri procesa zavarivanja i paramateri električnog luka. Predložen je matematematički model sustava MIG zavarivanja. Simulacija modela je napravljana u programskom paketu Matlab/Simulink. Proces je simuliran sa stvarnim ulaznim parametrima procesa. Izlazni parametri pomoću kojih smo pratili promjene u električnom luku su bazne i vršne vrijednosti napona i jakosti struje zavarivanja. Promjenom ulaznih parametara napravljena je analiza osjetljivosti modela. Izlazni valni oblici napona i jakosti struje odgovaraju onima dobivenim sa stvarnim mjerenjem.
Abstract (english)
The article describes the process of arc welding in the protected zone of gas, with an emphasis on a transfer of metal by short-circuiting. Welding process parameters and parameters of the electric arc are described. We proposed a mathematically model of GMAW welding. Simulation model is developed in Matlab / Simulink. The process is simulated with real input parameters of the process. Output parameters by which we track changes in an electric arc are base and peak voltage and current of welding. By changing the input parameters we made a sensitivity analysis of the model. Output waveforms of voltage and current correspond to those obtained with the actual measurement
