Abstract
Cilj istraživanja: Željelo se ispitati utječe li stacionarna rehabilitacija nakon totalne endoproteze kuka pozitivno na anksioznost, depresiju i stres pacijenata. Nacrt studije: Presječno istraživanje. Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanju su sudjelovali pacijenti koji su nakon ugradnje totalne endoproteze kuka upućeni na stacionarno liječenje u ustanovu za specijalnu rehabilitaciju u Daruvaru u trajanju od 21 dana. U istraživanju je upotrijebljen javno dostupni DASS-21 upitnik koji su sudionici popunjavali prvog i posljednjeg dana rehabilitacije. Statistička analiza podataka napravljena je u programu SPSS Statistics. Rezultati: Podaci prikupljeni s pomoću DASS-21 upitnika statistički su obrađeni i na temelju njih potvrđena je postavljena hipoteza. Dobiveni su rezultati u granicama normale, što znači da sudionici ne iskazuju simptome depresije, anksioznosti i stresa ili oni postoje u neznatnoj mjeri. Zaključak: Na temelju provedenog istraživanja i statističke obrade podataka dobiveni rezultati pokazali su da stacionarna rehabilitacija nakon totalne endoproteze kuka pozitivno utječe na anksioznost, depresiju i stres pacijenata.
Abstract (english)
Objectives: To examine whether stationary rehabilitation after implantation of a total hip endoprosthesis has positive effect on patients' anxiety, depression and stress. Study Design: A cross-sectional study. Participants and Methods: The participants were patients who were referred to Daruvar Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation for 21-day stationary rehabilitation after inserting total hip endoprosthesis. Research instrument used in the study was the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21). SPSS Statistics was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data. Results: The data collected through the DASS-21 scale were statistically analysed and the obtained results confirmed the research hypothesis. The scale scores were within normal limits, which means that the participants did not show symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress or the present symptoms were of negligible extent. Conclusion: Based on the conducted research and statistical data analysis, the obtained results showed that inpatient rehabilitation after total hip endoprosthesis had positive effect on patients' anxiety, depression and stress.
