Abstract
CILJ ISTRAŽIVANJA: Ispitati kvalitetu života osoba kojima je učinjen operativni zahvat zamjene kuka Specijalne bolnice za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Krapinske toplice. NACRT STUDIJE: Presječna studija s prigodnim uzorkom. ISPITANICI I METODE: U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 70 ispitanika koji su u razdoblju od 1.7.2022. do 31.8.2022. godine boravili na rehabilitaciji nakon operativnoga zahvata zamjene kuka u Specijalnoj bolnici za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Krapinske toplice. Istraživanje je provedeno pomoću upitnika „36-Item Short Form Survey Instrument (SF-36)“ REZULTATI: Najveći udio ispitanika (44 %) ocjenjuje svoje zdravstveno stanje dobrim, vrlo dobrim ili izvrsnim, njih zajedno 27 %, a lošim ili iznimno lošim njih 28 %. U usporedbi s prije godinu dana najveći udio ispitanika (41 %) svoje zdravstveno stanje ocjenjuje otprilike isto, boljim smatra 34 %, a lošijim 24 % populacije. Zdravstveno stanje u najvećoj mjeri ograničava aktivnosti poput trčanja, dizanja teških predmeta, napornih sportova (63 %). Smanjenje obavljanja redovitih dnevnih aktivnosti kao posljedica fizičkog zdravlja se kretalo od 51 do 69 %. Tegobe su najizraženije i statistički značajno veće kod ispitanika s osnovnoškolskim obrazovanjem u odnosu na sve ostale skupine. Generalno, intenzitet tegoba je obrnuto proporcionalan stupnju obrazovanja. ZAKLJUČAK: Svoje trenutno zdravstveno stanje ispitanici najčešće ocjenjuju dobrim, a u usporedbi s godinom prije većina ih stanje ocjenjuje istim. Fizičko zdravlje ili emocionalni problemi uglavnom su umjereno ometali normalne društvene aktivnosti s obitelji, prijateljima, susjedima ili grupama. Generalno žene su se osjećale lošije u odnosu na muškarce, a intenzitet tegoba je rastao s porastom životne dobi i padom razine obrazovanja.
Abstract (english)
THE RESEARCH AIM: To examine the quality of life of people who underwent hip replacement surgery at the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation in Krapinska Toplice. STUDY DRAFT: A cross-sectional study with a convenience model SUBJECTS AND METHODS: The research included 70 respondents, who in the time period from July 1, 2022. until 31.08.2022. in 2008, were undergoing rehabilitation after hip replacement surgery at the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation in Krapinska Toplice. The research was conducted using the "36-Item Short Form Survey Instrument (SF-36)" questionnaire. RESULTS: The largest share of respondents (44%) rate their health condition as good, very good or excellent, 27% of them together, and 28% of them as bad or extremely bad. Compared to a year ago, the largest share of respondents (41%) rate their health condition roughly the same, 34% consider it better, and 24% consider it worse. The state of health to the greatest extent limits activities such as running, lifting heavy objects, strenuous sports (63%). The reduction in performing regular daily activities as a result of physical health ranged from 51 to 69%. Complaints are most pronounced and statistically significantly higher in respondents with primary school education compared to all other groups. In general, the intensity of complaints is inversely proportional to the level of education. CONCLUSION: Respondents most often rate their current state of health as good. Physical health or emotional problems generally moderately interfered with normal social activities with family, friends, neighbors or groups. In general, women felt worse than men, and the intensity of complaints increased with increasing age and falling education level.
