Abstract
Cilj rada: Prikazati specifičnosti rada medicinske sestre/tehničara kod bolesnika kojemu je ugrađena totalna endoproteza kuka, najčešće probleme iz područja zdravstvene njege te njihove intervencije vezane uz poslijeoperacijski oporavak. Opis slučaja: Bolesnica rođena 1956. godine, umirovljenica, primljena 21. 7. 2019. godine na Zavod za ortopediju i traumatologiju, odjel ortopedija zbog dogovorenog operativnog zahvata pod med. dg: Coxarthrosis lat.sin. Utvrđeni problemi iz zdravstvene njege kod bolesnice vezani za razdoblje nakon ugradnje totalne endoproteze kuka su: smanjena mogućnost obavljanja osobne higijene, smanjena mogućnost odijevanja, bol, visok rizik za pad te visok rizik za infekciju. Zaključak: Život osobe s ugrađenim umjetnim kukom nakon operativnog zahvata i bolničke rehabilitacije ne bi se trebao značajnije razlikovati od života zdravije osobe iste dobi. Svakom bolesniku treba pristupiti individualno, holistički.
Abstract (english)
Aim: To present a case of a patient who has a complete hip endoprosthesis, problems that nurses encounter, and their interventions related to the postoperative period. Case description: Patient born in 1956, retired, received on 21 July 2019 at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Department of Orthopedics, for the agreed surgery with med. dg: Coxarthrosis lat.sin. The identified nursing problems in the patient related to the period after the implantation of the total hip endoprosthesis are: self-care deficit for bathing/hygiene, self-care deficit for dressing, pain, high risk of falling and high risk of infection. Conclusion: After surgery and rehabilitation, the life of a person with a built-in artificial hip should not be significantly different from the life of a healthy person of the same age. Each patient should be approached individually and holistically.
