Abstract
Ovaj završni rad bavi se problematikom digitalizacije i automatizacije postupaka studentskih molbi. Uz to, predstavljena je programska izvedba koja je rješenje spomenutog problema. Kroz rad konceptualno se opisuju baza podataka, poslužitelj, web aplikacija i njen dizajn te platforma koja se bavi automatizacijom modeliranih procesa u BPMN notaciji. Također, izlistane su i tehnologije korištene tijekom izrade programskog rješenje. Uz to, predstavljene su i opisane studentske molbe podržane ovim sustavom te su prikazani modeli istih u BPMN notaciji. Nadalje, ulazi se detaljnije i u način izvedbe programa i komunikaciju servisa koji čine aplikaciju pa tako i izvedbu svakog od tih servisa.
