Abstract
U ovom radu modeliran je pogon pokretne trake u programskom sučelju Siemens NX MCD te povezan s programskim kodom u TIA portalu pomoću virtualnog PLC-a. U radu je opisano kako se modeliraju komponente modela te povezuju u cjelinu. Pomoću automatiziranih operacija simuliran je rad pokretne trake te su definirani signali potrebni za spajanje s virtualnim PLC-om. U TIA portalu napisan je program za pogon pokretne trake te je kreiran virtualni PLC pomoću kojeg je program povezan s paketom Siemens NX MCD. Na kraju je uspješno izvršeno virtualno puštanje u pogon te je u virtualnom okruženju testiran rad programa.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is about modeling conveyor line in Siemens NX MCD, connecting it to virtual PLC and validating program code written in TIA portal. Both part modeling and part assembling are described step by step. Conveyor line was simulated with automated operations and signals for virtual PLC connections were defined. Programming code for control of conveyor line was created in TIA portal which was connected to Siemens NX MCD with virtual PLC. Finally, virtual commissioning of conveyor line was successfully carried out.
