Abstract
Gibanje vozila ne bi bilo moguće da nema motora, motor je mehanički stroj koji stvara moment koji uzrokuje gibanje vozila. Mnoštvom mehaničkih dijelova kao što su spojka, diferencijal, mjenjač, te na kraju kotač omogućuju da se vozilo giba, odnosno da se moment prenese od motora do kotača. Kako bi se taj moment mogao mjeriti na kotaču je potrebno postaviti mjerač momenta, čiji se rad temelji na radu tenzometara, elektrootporničkih elemenata koji mijenjaju svoj otpor kada su izloženi djelovanju neke sile, te na temelju toga se može proračunati vrijednost sile, odnosno momenta. Ugradnja mjerača momenta dovodi do male nelinearnosti kod automobila zbog toga što se na jednom kotaču postavlja senzor koji ga proširuje te stvara veći moment tromosti. Mjerenja su pokazala da unatoč smetnjama uvjeti koji su bili propisani specifikacijama su ispunjeni, odnosno masa vozila gotovo je identična masi vozila koja je izmjerena, te snaga koju razvija motor ne prelazi snagu iz specifikacija.
Abstract (english)
The movement of a vehicle would not be possible without the engine, which is a motorized machine that creates torque in order to enable the movement of a vehicle. Various mechanical parts such as the clutch, differential, transmission, and lastly the wheels allow the vehicle to move, or more specifically allow the transfer of torque from the engine to the wheels. In order to measure this torque on a wheel, it is necessary to use a torque meter, which function on the principle of a tensiometer and electro-resistive elements that alternate their resistance when exposed to a force, thus the torque meter on this basis calculates the value of the force or torque. The fitting of a torque meter leads to minor non-linarites in the vehicle, since the sensor is placed only on one wheel. This fitting enlarges the wheel and consequently creates a higher torque. Measurements have shown that despite this disturbance, the conditions that were set in the specifications were met, for instance the mass of a vehicle is nearly identical to the mass of the vehicle that was measured, and the power created by the engine does not exceed the power of the specifications.
