Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je proučen koncept otvorenih podataka i iznesene su prednosti i nedostatci istih. Istražena je popularno rješenje za pohranu otvorenih podataka - CKAN i objašnjena je bitnost metapodataka u podatcima. Napravljena je intuitivna i lako nadogradiva aplikacija za pretraživanje i prikazivanje rezultata pretrage portala otvorenih podataka. Programsko rješenje je implementirano pomoću računalne biblioteke BotCommands koja je zasnovana na računalnoj biblioteci JDA (engl. Java Discord API). Analizirana su svojstva razvijenog programskog rješenja i ograničenja koja su vidljiva korisniku. Sustav je upogonjen putem Docker platforme i može se izvršavati na nekom udaljenom poslužitelju poput AWS-a (engl. Amazon Web Services).
Abstract (english)
In this thesis the concept of open datas was studied and it's advantages and disadvantages were presented. A popular solution for the storage of open data - CKAN was explored and the essentiality of metadatas in datasets was explained. An intuitive and easily upgradeable application was developed for the querying and displaying of the results obtained from data repositories. The software solution was implemented using the computer library BotCommands which is based on the computer library JDA (Java Discord API). The properties of the developed solution were examined and the limitations that are visible to the user. The system is powered by the Docker platform and can execute on a remote server such as AWS (Amazon Web Services).
