Abstract
Sustav upravljanja servo motorom koji koristi programabilni logički kontroler i sučelje čovjek-stroj uključuje korištenje PLC-a za upravljanje kretanjem servo motora slanjem naredbi i primanjem povratnih informacija od motora. HMI se koristi za prikaz trenutnog statusa servo motora i za dopuštanje operateru unosa naredbi u PLC, kao što je postavljanje ciljnih položaja ili podešavanje brzine. PLC obrađuje naredbe i šalje signale servo pogonu, koji zatim kontrolira kretanje motora. HMI također prikazuje trenutni položaj i brzinu motora i može se koristiti za prikaz poruka o pogrešci ili alarma ako postoje problemi sa sustavom.
Abstract (english)
A servo motor control system using a programmable logic controller and a human-machine interface involves using the PLC to control the movement of the servo motor by sending commands and receiving feedback from the motor. The HMI is used to display the current status of the servo motor and to allow the operator to input commands to the PLC, such as setting target positions or adjusting speed. The PLC processes the commands and sends signals to the servo drive, which then controls the movement of the motor. The HMI also displays the current position and speed of the motor, and can be used to display error messages or alarms if there are any issues with the system.
