Abstract
Elektronska paramagnetska rezonancija ili elektronska spinska rezonancija metoda je spektroskopije koja se temelji na kvantnim svojstvima elektrona. Nespareni elektroni u tvarima interagiraju s vanjskim magnetskim poljem te dolazi do promjene spina elektrona čime se mijenja i energija elektrona. Ove promjene vide se u spektru dobivenom EPR spektroskopijom. Koristeći ovu metodu spektroskopije na biološkim tvarima mogu se dobiti informacije o organizaciji i strukturi tih tvari. Spomenute informacije korištene su kao podaci u jednostavnom programu priloženom uz rad koji grafički prikazuje određene podatke iz svih podataka spektra.
Abstract (english)
Electron paramagnetic resonance or electron spin resonance is a method of spectroscopy based on the quantum properties of electrons. Unpaired electrons in matter interact with an external magnetic field which causes the spin of an electron to change, which then changes its energy. These changes in energy can be seen in the spectrum obtained by EPR spectroscopy. Using this method of spectroscopy on biological substances, information on the organization and structure of these substances can be obtained. This information is used as input data in a simple program written for this paper which graphically displays certain data from the whole spectrum.
