Abstract
Projektiran je sustav koji se sastoji od difuzijskih i polisilicijskih otpornika posloženih u niz. Sustav se koristi za karakterizaciju ovisnosti temperaturnog koeficijenta prvog reda o dimenzijama otpornika. Izmjereno je ukupno 20 čipova, svaki s 200 otpornika. Razvijeni su modeli temperaturnog koeficijent prvog reda za oba tipa otpornika. Prikazane su jednostavna serijska i jedna paralelno-serijska kompozitna otpornička topologija. Obje topologije su implementirane s mogućnošću ugađanja njihovog temperaturnog koeficijenta prvog reda u rasponu od -100 ppm/°C do 200 ppm/°C. Utjecaj sklopki u implementaciji tih topologija uzet je u obzir. Projektirani otpornici s ugodivim temperaturnim koeficijentom su dodatno implementirani i unutar naponske reference.
Abstract (english)
System which consists of diffusion and polysilicon resistors arranged in an array is designed. The system is used to characterize the dependence of first-order temperature coefficient on dimensions of the resistors. In total, 20 chips, each with 200 resistors, is measured. Models of first-order temperature coefficients are developed for both resistor types. Simple series and one parallel/series composite resistor topologies are presented. The two topologies are implemented with the ability to trim their first-order temperature coefficient in range from -100 ppm/°C to 200 ppm/°C. For the implementation of these topologies, impact of switches is taken into account. Designed resistors with trimmable temperature coefficient are additionally implemented within a voltage reference.
