Abstract
S pojavom računala sposobnih za analizu podataka i načina na koji se ti podatci mogu dijeliti došlo je i do većeg širenja ideje o otvaranju vladinih podataka javnosti. Kako se pokazalo da otvoreni podatci znatno pridonose društvu i ekonomiji, također je i potrebno imati i dobre alate za rad s podatcima. Jedan od takvih je i OpenRefine, program otvorenog koda, napisan u Javi i Javascriptu, koji služi za pregledavanje i upravljanje podatcima. Prima mnogo različitih formata i ima velik broj funkcija za uređivanje podataka, a moguće je izraditi proširenja za OpenRefine kojima se proširuju njegove funkcionalnosti. U sklopu ovog rada je napravljano jedno takvo proširenje koje olakšava proučavanje i rad s geografskim i prostornim podatcima.
Abstract (english)
With the advent of computers capable of analyzing data and how that data can be shared, the idea of opening up government data to the public has grown. As it has been shown that open data contributes significantly to society and the economy, it is also necessary to have good tools for working with data. One of these is OpenRefine, an open source program, written in Java and Javascript, that is used for viewing and managing data. It accepts many different formats and has a large number of functions for editing data, and it is possible to create extensions for OpenRefine that extend its functionalities. As part of this thesis, one such extension was made that facilitates the study and work with geographic and spatial data.
