Abstract
Istraživanja prikazana u ovome radu motivirana su problemima vezanim uz klasiène strukture stabilizatora elektroenergetskog sustava za koje, iako se koriste već više od 50 godina, ne postoji jednostavna procedura optimalnog podešavanja parametara veæ je kod puštanja u pogon kljuèno ekspertno znanje i iskustvo. Cilj istraživanja bio je razviti stabilizator koji će osigurati optimalno prigušenje u širokom opsegu radnih uvjeta, čija će struktura biti stabilna i pogodna za implementaciju na jednostavnim procesorskim platformama te čija će procedura puštanja u pogon biti jednostavna i neovisna o ekspertnim znanjima. Kao rezultat istraživanja nastao je samopodesivi stabilizator elektroenergetskog sustava zasnovan na neizrazitom Takagi-Sugeno modelu sinkronog generatora s regulatorom napona i regulatoru premještanjem polova. Kao uzročne varijable predloženog Takagi-Sugeno modela odabrane su radna i jalova snaga sinkronog generatora te iznos ekvivalentne mrežne reaktancije, a u posljedičnom se dijelu nalaze linearni ARX modeli koji u kombinaciji s regulatorom premještanjem polova osiguravaju stabilan regulacijski krug. Zahvaljujući takvom odabiru uzroènog dijela Takagi-Sugeno modela izbjegnuta je on-line identifikacija modela što poveæava robusnost rješenja. Prednosti predloženog samopodesivog stabilizatora elektroenergetskog sustava u odnosu na veæinu postojeæih naprednih rješenja su: stabilna regulacijska struktura, korištenje istih mjernih velièine kao i klasièni stabilizatori elektroenergetskog sustava te mogućnost implementacije u standardnom sklopovlju za automatsku regulaciju napona sinkronih generatora. U radu je pokazano da predloženi stabilizator vrlo dobro prigušuje lokalne oscilacije radne snage u širokom opsegu radnih uvjeta te da je procedura puštanja u pogon automatska i ne zahtjeva ekspertna znanja.
Abstract (english)
Researches in this thesis are motivated with issues connected to classical structures of power system stabilizers. Although these types of stabilizers are in use more then 50 years, there is still no simple procedure for tuning their parameters. Therefore expert knowledge and practical experience of commissioning staff is crucial. The goal was to develop power system stabilizer which will provide good dynamic performance over a wide range of operating conditions and have stable regulation structure, easily deployable on fixed point processor platform. As a result, the autotunig power system stabilizer based on off-line identified Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model and simple pole placement control has been developed. Premise variables of the proposed Takagi-Sugeno model are active power, reactive power and line reactance. In the consequent part there are linear ARX local models, which in combination with pole-placement control enable stable regulation scheme. Because of the proposed principle of the model, on-line identification becomes unnecessary. Advantages of the proposed auto-tuning stabilizer are stable regulation structure, the same input signals as in the case of classical power system stabilizers and the possibilities of implementation on hardware platforms typically for synchronous generator voltage regulation. The conclusion is that the proposed autotuning PSS shows very good stabilizing effects. Furthermore, it is shown that the commissioning procedure can be automated and independent from expert knowledge.
