Abstract
Istraživanja u području upravljanja pružanjem telekomunikacijskih usluga u novoj generaciji mreža imaju za cilj omogućavanje usluga koje su personalizirane i svjesne trenutnog konteksta. Pristup predložen u disertaciji jest stvaranje virtualnih predstavnika, korisničkih agenata, koji autonomno zastupaju korisnike u interakcijama s virtualnim predstavnicima drugih korisnika, odnosno virtualnim predstavnikom davatelja usluga, poslovnim agentom, na tržištu elektroničkih komunikacija. Korisnički agent stvara i upravlja korisničkim profilom te na taj način raspolaže znanjem o opremi, interesima, preferencijama i kontekstu svojih vlasnika. Korisnički agent svoje znanje o korisnicima dijeli s poslovnim agentom, kako bi svojem vlasniku osigurao pružanje usluga koje su personalizirane i svjesne trenutnog konteksta. Poslovni agent znanje o korisnicima primjenjuje za stvaranje društvene mreže korisnika telekomunikacijskih usluga, koju gradi primjenom implicitnog pristupa na temelju semantičke sličnosti korisničkih profila, bez izravnog uplitanja korisnika u sam proces. Analiza tako stvorene društvene mreže omogućuje davatelju usluga otkrivanje skrivenih uloga, skrivenih odnosa i skrivenih zajednica među korisnicima te na taj način predstavlja temelj za pružanje inovativnih usluga u okružju nove generacije mreža. Implementiran je višeagentski sustav koji modelira telekomunikacijsko tržište u okružju nove generacije mreža, a sastavljen je od korisničkih agenata i poslovnog agenta. Eksperimentalno su verificirana dva studijska slučaja: prvi predlaže stvaranje skupine korisnika za suradnu uslugu, a drugi identifikaciju istaknutih članova društvene mreže za omogućavanje usluge preporučivanja.
Abstract (english)
Research on telecommunication service provisioning in new generation network is aimed at enabling personalized and context-aware services. The approach proposed in the thesis is to create virtual representatives, User Agents, which autonomously represent users in interactions with virtual representatives of other users, or with a virtual representative of a service provider, the Telco Agent, in the telecommunication service market. A User Agent creates and manages a user profile and thus possesses knowledge about devices, interests, preferences and context of its owner. A User Agent shares this knowledge with the Telco Agent, to enable provisioning of personalized and context-aware services to its owner. The Telco Agent utilizes the knowledge about its users for the creation of a user social network, which is built by means of the implicit approach based on the semantic similarity of user profiles, with no explicit involvement of users. The analysis of the user social network created in such a manner enables the service provider to discover hidden roles, hidden relationships and hidden communities among its users. Such an analysis represents the basis for provisioning of innovative services in new generation network. A multi-agent system, composed of User Agents and the Telco Agent, modelling a telecommunication service market in new generation network is implemented. Two case studies are experimentally verified: the first proposes the creation of a user cluster for enabling the collaborative service, while the other proposes the identification of prominent members in a user social network for enabling the recommendation service.
