Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu nacrtana je električna shema sustava upravljanja asinkronim motorom korištenim za pogon sinkronog generatora. Ispitano je ožičenje izrađenog upravljačkog ormara i konfigurirane su sve komponente. Pretvarač napona i frekvencije pušten je u pogon po preporukama proizvođača, a nakon toga parametriran je za upravljanje vrtnjom sinkronog generatora. Analizom odziva snimljenih signala namješteni su parametri regulatora brzine vrtnje. Napisan je PLC programski kod za upravljanje pogonskim strojem generatora u skladu s preporukama standarda IEC-61131. Izrađeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje za nadzor i upravljanje sustavom. Akvizicijskim sustavom Dewesoft snimljeni su odzivi napona i struja. Odzivi su prikazani i komentirani u ovom radu. U konačnici dani su prijedlozi za unapređenje sustava upravljanja pogonskim strojem sinkronog generatora.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis contains electrical diagram of the control system of an asynchronous motor used to drive a synchronous generator. Wiring of the built control cabinet was checked and all components were configured. The variable frequency drive was commissioned according to manufacturer's recommendations, and after it was parameterized specifficaly for control of rotation of synchronous generator. Parameters of speed controler were adjusted. A PLC program was written to control the asynchronous motor used to drive a generator. PLC program was written in compliance with IEC-61131 standard. Human-machine interface was created for monitoring and managing the system. Voltage and current responses were recorded with the Dewesoft acquisition system. The responses are presented and commented in this paper. In the end, recommendations on improvements of the control system are given.
