Glagolitic is a script that has great significance for Croatian and Slavic history, literature, and culture. For this reason, it is extremely important to work on the preservation and popularization of this script. This thesis proposes a solution based on the use of new technologies. The focus is on creating an efficient, easily sustainable, and adaptable mobile application for learning the Glagolitic script using the Flutter framework. Great importance was given to related professional fields and literature. The Glagolitic script was studied in detail from a linguistic and historical angle. The learning guidelines provided through UDL and other learning frameworks and methodologies played a key role in the way this solution was designed. Existing solutions and related works were additionally studied to find positive and negative sides and possible applications for the planned implementation. The mentioned topics were studied with best technical practices in mind so that they could be effectively used during development. The final solution consists of a series of subsystems that enable the desired adaptability, extensibility, and sustainability, and a test application that serves as a demonstrational tool for the given functionalities. To evaluate the achieved results, testing was conducted with a group of volunteers, and the results were recorded using a survey. In the end, a review of the implemented steps, and the final set of results was given based on the collected answers.
