Abstract
U radu je opisana svrha modeliranja energetskog sustava i podjela modela za planiranje s obzirom na različitosti pristupa i metodologije. Posebno su prikazane karakteristike modela LEAP kroz primjer planiranja energetskog sustava Zadarske županije. Na temelju brojnih podataka te izračuna u LEAP-u prikazana je projekcija potrošnje i proizvodnje energije te emisije stakleničkih plinova do 2020 godine. Na kraju su predložene mjere kojima lokalne vlasti mogu povećati energetsku učinkovitost, smanjiti ispuštanje stakleničkih plinova i potaknuti svoje građane da učine isto.
Abstract (english)
This article describes the purpose of energy system modeling and the classification of planning models according to approaches and methodologies. The characteristics of a LEAP model are presented separately through an example of Zadarska county energy system planning. Based on great accumulation of data and LEAP's calculation, the demand, supply and greenhouse gases emission projection was shown. Finally, measures local authorities can take to increase energy efficiency, reduce emission of greenhouse gases and motivate their citizens to do the same are proposed.
