Abstract
Poboljšanje iskustva korisnika Interneta postiže se na razne načine, među kojima je unaprjeđenje komunikacijskih protokola. Razvijanje multipath ekstenzija poznatih pro- tokola je jedan od načina na koji se može postići veća propusnost veze i bolja otpornost na promjene i pogreške u vezi. To je omogućeno jer današnji uređaji mogu biti spojeni na više mreža istovremeno. U radu su predstavljena tri najzrelija protokola koja imaju mogućnost simultanog prijenosa prometa preko više uspostavljenih podtokova unutar jedne veze. To donosi i nove izazove i sigurnosne probleme koje je potrebno riješiti prije široke upotrebe.
Abstract (english)
Improving the experience of Internet users is achieved in a variety of ways, including the improvement of communication protocols. Developing multipath extensions of known protocols is one way to achieve higher link throughput and better resistance to link changes and errors. This is possible because today’s devices can be connected to multiple networks simultaneously. The paper presents three of the most mature protocols that have the possibility of simultaneous transmission of traffic over several established subflows within a single connection. This also brings new challenges and security issues that need to be resolved before widespread use.
