Abstract
U okviru rada razvijen je sustav pametnog poštanskog sandučića s automatskom detekcijom i dojavom prijema pošiljke. Sustav se temelji na ESP32 mikrokontroleru i koristi ultrazvučni ili infracrveni senzor za automatsku detekciju pošiljke. Omogućena je dojava prijema pošiljke putem push obavijesti povezivanjem sustava na lokalnu Wi‑Fi mrežu i putem posebno razvijene web‑aplikacije. Uz upotrebu načina rada niske potrošnje energije i dojavu stanja baterije, omogućen je dugotrajan autonomni rad sustava. Razvoj sustava obuhvatio je izradu sklopovlja, razvoj programske potpore za ugradbeni računalni sustav, izradu web‑aplikacije i integraciju svih komponenti sustava. Eksperimentalno su ispitani implementirana funkcionalnost, karakteristike senzora i potrošnja energije sustava.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis a smart mailbox system with automatic detection and notification of received package was developed. The system is based on the ESP32 microcontroller and uses an ultrasonic or infrared sensor for automatic package detection. Notification of received package via push notifications is enabled by means of Wi‑Fi connectivity and through a custom developed web application. The use of low power consumption modes and battery status notifications ensures long term battery‑powered autonomous system operation. The development process included hardware prototype assembly, embedded system firmware development, web application development, and the integration of all system components. Implemented functionality, sensor characteristics, and energy consumption were experimentally tested.
