Abstract
Budući da potražnja i potreba za kognitivno bihevioralnom terapijom daleko premašuje raspoloživost terapeuta, javila se potreba za nečim što bi taj problem umanjilo ili u potpunosti riješilo. Kroz te potrebe i zahtjeve izrađen je sustav za računalno potpomognutu psihoterapiju, čiji je dio i sustav za upravljanje bazama podataka. Sustav za upravljanje bazama podataka je jedan od najvažnijih modula i dijelova sustava na koji se cjelokupni sustav oslanja. On komunicira sa svim ostalim modulima te čini osnovu za upravljanje i pohranu svih podataka koji se prikupljaju u realnom vremenu tijekom psihoterapijskog susreta. Podaci prikupljeni kroz modul se mogu koristiti radi longitudinalnog praćenje tijeka terapije, statističkim obradama može se dobiti važna analiza u pogledu tijeka terapije te adaptacije sljedećeg psihoterapijskog susreta, kako bi se postigli zadani ciljevi. Arhitektura sustava za upravljanje bazama podataka sastoji se od dva dijela, baze podataka te datotečnog sustava s kojim je baza povezana. Kroz psihoterapijski susret supervizor prikuplja podatke o klijentu, a prikupljeni podaci se preko modula spremaju u bazu podataka, odnosno u datotečni sustav. Modul za upravljanje bazama podataka je knjižnica klasa koja pruža sučelje za rad sa svim bitnim podacima i skupovima entiteta koji se nalaze u sustavu.
Abstract (english)
Since the demand and need for cognitive behavioral therapy far exceeds the availability of therapists, there was a need for something that would alleviate or completely resolve this problem. Through those needs and requirements, system for computer aided psychotherapy was built. Part of that system is also the database management system. The database management system is one of the most important modules and system components on which the whole system relies. It communicates with all other modules and forms the basis for management and storage of all data collected in real time during psychotherapy meeting. Data collected through the module can be used to monitor the longitudinal course of therapy. With the statistical processing, important analysis regarding the course of therapy and psychotherapy adaptation next meeting can be obtained, in order to achieve the set objectives. System architecture for module consists of two parts, database and file system with which the database is connected. Through psychotherapy meeting supervisor collects data from the client and the collected data are stored through the module in a database or in the file system. The module is a class library that provides and interface to work with all relevant data sets and entities that are part of the system.
