Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje ključnu riječ hidropotencijal kroz hidrološku i geološku teoriju oborina, litologije, reljefne konfiguracije, grafova protoka i nadmorske visine, koncentriranja vode u tokove i tehnološko iskorištavanje istih kroz prizmu malenog, ali hidrološki perspektivnog područja kakvo je Hrvatska. Popisuje postojeće hidroelektrane, navodi nedostatke i prednosti tog izvora energije u odnosu na druge te razmatra male, srednje i velike tokove kao potencijalne lokacije za nova postrojenja. Temeljem izrađenih ili započetih službenih projekata, okvirno procjenjuje preostalu snagu potencijalnu za instalaciju kao i proizvedenu energiju u skladu s rastućom energetskom potrošnjom Hrvatske. Problematizira idealnu projektantsku zamisao elektroenergetske struke prema suprotstavljajućem javnom mnijenju te zelenoj politici održivog razvoja, očuvanja okoliša, topografije, flore i faune. Relativno detaljno popisuje sve potrebne strukturne, mehaničke i električke dijelove hidroelektrane u konkretnom primjeru projektiranja pogona na rijeci Dravi, navodi potrebnu dokumentaciju, vremenski rok izgradnje i troškove iste uz zaključak o ostvarivosti hidropotencijala Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
This paper processes hydropotential as a keyword by the means of hydrological and geological theory of precipitations, lithology, relief configuration, flow-altitude graphs, concentration of water into rivers and technological usage through a prism of small, but hydrologically perspective area of Croatia. It lists the existing hydro power plants, (dis)advantages of that energy source compared to the other energy sources considering small, medium and large flows as potential locations for new power plants. On the base of the already made or started projects, it estimates the remaining installable power as well as produced energy in accordance with growing electrical energy consumption of Croatia. It problematizes the ideal of an engineering project towards the contradictory public opinion and the green politics of sustainable development, preservation of environment, settlements, flora and fauna. Relatively detailed, it lists all necessary structural, mechanical and electrical parts in the concrete example of a hydro power plant on the river of Drava, deadlines and expenses along with the conclusion on feaseability of Croatia's hydropotential usage.
