Abstract
U radu su ukratko opisani DVB-S i DVB-DSNG sustav koji su temelj DVB-S2 sustava. Arhitektura DVB-S2 sustava opisana je po blokovima. Povratno kompatibilan način rada omogućuje DVB-S prijamnicima da nastave s radom tijekom migracijskog perioda dok se u potpunosti ne prijeđe na DVB-S2 tehnologiju. Korištenje DVB-S2 sustava donosi brojne prednosti u odnosu na dosadašnje sustave. DVB-S2 uvodi nove modulacijske postupke, zaštitu od pogrešaka i načine rada. Uz tradicionalni CCM, omogućava i korištenje VCM i ACM način prijenosa. Korištenjem DVB-S2 sustava za profesionalne primjene postižu se brojne prednosti kao što su povećanje kapaciteta sustava i fleksibilonost u odabiru parametara. U radu su navedeni rezultati dobiveni simulacijom rada DVB-S2 sustava i pripadajući grafovi.
Abstract (english)
The paper briefly describes the DVB-S and DVB-DSNG system which are the basis of DVB-S2 system. The architecture of the DVB-S2 system is described by blocks. Backward compatible mode allows DVB-S receivers to continue to operate during the migration period until it is completely over to DVB-S2 technology. Using the DVB-S2 system brings advantages over existing systems. DVB-S2 system is using new modulation techniques, error protecion and modes. With the traditional CCM, DVB-S2 allows the use of VCM and ACM mode of transmission. A number of advantages are achieved using the DVB-S2 system for professional applications such as increasing system capacity and flexibility in choosing parameters. The paper presents the results of measurements performed on the simulation of the DVB-S2 system and associated graphs.
