Abstract
Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je napraviti sustav turbinske regulacije za hidroelektranu Golubić koja se nalazi na rijeci Butišnici, pritoci rijeke Krke. Simulacijski model je napravljen u programskom okruženju Labview te je prebačen na National Instruments cRIO platformu koja provodi zadane algoritme i izmjenjuje podatke s okolinom u stvarnom vremenu. Regulator je napravljen na PLC-u te se sastoji od tri regulatora, PI regulatora otvora privodnog kola te PID regulatora brzine vrtnje spojenog u paralelu s PI regulatorom snage. Testiranja su provedena u hardware-in-the-loop načinu testiranja te je napravljeni regulator spreman za uporabu u hidroelektrani uz potrebu finog podešavanja na samoj hidroelektrani.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this master thesis is to make a turbine control system for hydroelectric power plant Golubić, which is located on the river Butišnica, a tributary of the river Krka. The simulation model was made in the programming environment Labview and was afterwards transferred to the National Instruments cRIO platform that implements the default algorithms and exchanges data with the environment in real time. The controller is designed on PLC and consists of three controllers, PI wicket gate controller and PID speed controller that are connected in parallel with the PI controller. The tests are performed in hardware-in-the-loop testing mode and the designed controller just needs to be fine-tuned and is then ready to use on the hydroelectric power plant.
