Abstract
Rad opisuje korake potrebne za ostvarivanje sustava za daljinsko upravljanje i nadzor crpne stanice korištenjem PLC kontrolera S7-1200 programiranog u programskom paketu TIA Portal V12 tvrtke Siemens, u kombinaciji s HMI-em razvijenog u programskom paketu Proficy iFIX 5.8 , tvrke General Electric. Kroz poglavlja rada obrađuje se postupak konfiguracije PLC-a S7-1200 te programiranje upravljačkog djela crpne stanice. Zatim je objašnjen postupak definiranja varijabli za komunikaciju između PLC-a i HMI-a. Dok se posljednji dio odnosi na instalaciju, korištenje i postavljanje komunikacije programskog paketa Proficy iFIX 5.8 te općenito izradu HMI sučelja . Upravljanje nije realizirano na fizičkom sustavu nego su upravljanje, nadzor i simulacija sustava crpne stanice svi ostvareni u virtualnom okruženju, bez obzira na tu činjenicu izvedene su sve potrebne zaštite i signalizacije za sigurnost čovjeka i same pumpne stanice.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the steps necessary for the realization of a remote control and monitoring system of a pumping station using a Siemens programmable logic controller S7-1200 that communicates via Ethernet cable with an HMI developed in Proficy iFIX 5.8 by General Electric. The chapters describe the procedure of configuring the PLC and developing the control program of the pumping station in TIA Portal V12, a program by Siemens. Afterwards it describes the means of tags and tag creation, which is imperative for the communication between the HMI and PLC. The final part of this paper is referred to Proficy iFIX 5.8, it goes through the installation instructions, overall usage of the program, setting up the communication between iFIX and the PLC and the general development of the HMI for the pumping station. The control and monitoring system is only realized in a virtual environment; regardless all of the necessary protection, signalization and fail-safe protocols are implemented for the pumping station.
