Abstract
Predviđanje potrošnje električne energije vrlo je važno za očuvanje stabilnosti elektroenergestkog sustava. U ovom radu, potrošnja električne energije se predviđa pomoću dubokih MLP mreža. MLP mreža se inicijalizira na dva načina: uniformnom inicijalizacijom i pomoću naslaganih auto-enkodera. S ciljem boljeg predviđanja potrošnje, hiper-parametri MLP mreže i naslaganih auto-enkodera optimiraju se pomoću genetičkog algoritma. Pri optimiranju hiper-parametara treba posebnu pažnju posvetiti postavljanju dozvoljenih granica parametara pri optimiranju. Ostvareni rezultati pokazuju da s manjim setovima podataka veću točnost ima MLP mreža koja je uniformno inicijalizirana. S porastom broja podataka bolje rezultate ostvaruje MLP mreža inicijalizirana pomoću nalsaganih auto-enkodera.
Abstract (english)
Energy load forecasting has an important roll in stability of an electric power system. In this thesis, energy load forecasting is achieved by deep MLP networks. The MLP network is initialized in two ways: with uniform initialization and by a Stacked Autoencoder. With an aim of accurate energy load prediction, hyper-parameters of the MLP network and Stacked Autoencoder are optimized with a genetic algorithm. During hyper-parameter optimization it is needed to pay attention to the lower and upper boundaries of hyper-parameters. The results show that with a smaller set of data the MLP network with a uniform parameter initialization is producing better results. On the other hand, if the data set is increasing the MLP network initialized by the Autoencoder is producing better results.
