Abstract
Programi lojalnosti potrošaća jedni su od najčešćih načina privlačenja novih i održavanja vjernosti starih kupaca. Cilj ovog završnog rada je napraviti sustav koji će omogućiti provođenje programa lojalnosti potrošaća. Aplikacija omogućava upravljanje kupcima koji su članovi programa, evidenciju kartica vjernosti, praćenje aktivnosti korisnika i prikupljanje bodova, te nagrađivanje kupaca popustima i poklonima temeljem prikupljenih bodova. Za izradu aplikacije korišteno je razvojno okruženje Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, programski jezik C# na razvojnoj platformi .NET Framework. Baza podataka napravljena je korištenjem SQL Managment Studio 2012.
Abstract (english)
Customer loyalty programs are one of the most common ways of attracting new customers and retaining old ones. The goal of this thesis is to develop simple customer loyalty software which will enable enforcement of customer loyalty program. Application provides management of customers included in loyalty program, loyalty cards evidence, customer activity monitoring and rewards for customers in exchange for points on loyalty card. Application was made in Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 development environment using C# programming language and .NET Framework. Database was created in SQL Managment Studio 2012.
