Abstract
U radu je potrebno ostvariti pozicioniranje osi motora apsolutno i relatvino. Asinkroni motor oznake je spojen na pretvarač koji je parametriran u programskom paketu Starter-u. Nakon parametriranja, motor je pušten u pogon. U TIA portalu su u virtualnoj mreži povezani pretvarač i logički kontroler. Uređaji su povezani preko PROFIBUS-a, dok su računalo i logički kontroler povezani preko etherneta. Poslije uspostave komunikacije izrađen je program, koji je nakon izrade spremljen u memoriju logičkog kontrolera. Virtualni dodirni panel je dodan i simuliran. U simulaciji dodirnog panela se upravljalo motorom. Mrežna stranice napisana u HTML jeziku je spremljena u memoriju logičkog kontrolera, generirani su podatkovni blokovi i ostvarno je upravljanje preko interneta.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the management of the position of motor's axis, relative and absolute. Induction motor of brand 1LA7 is connected to a frequency converter which was configured in the Starter, next, the motor was commissioned. In TIA portal, virtual network was created that contained converter and PLC, these devices were connected via PROFIBUS, while computer and the PLC were connected via ethernet. After establishing the connection ladder diagram was made, which was uploaded to PLC's. Virtual panel was added and simulated. In the simulation, the motor's axis was controled. Web page was written in HTML and data blocks were generated for the said page and the control of machine via internet was possible.
