Abstract
U radu je opisan jedan od načina upravljanja sinkronim motorom sa permanentnim magnetima i rezolverom. Opisane su osnove karakterstike motora, frekvencijski pretvarač Sinamics S120, programski paket Starter i mjerni član brzine povratne veze rezolver. Dane su upute za upravljenje motorom korištenjem upravljačkom jedinice CU310 PN putem Startera. Opisani su sljedeći koraci: kreiranje projekta. uspostava komunikacije na relaciji Starter-pretvarač, konfiguracija pretvarača u Starteru, pravilno podešenje parametara nužnih za puštanje u pogon i snimanje signala karakterističnih veličina motora u trenutku zaleta, reverziranja i zaustavljanja. Simljeni siganalu su obrađeni u Matlab-u te potom komentirani. Prikazan je jedan od načina podešenja PI regulatora brzine i način podešenja prefiltra u upravljačkoj strukturi.
Abstract (english)
Permanent magnet synchronous motor and resolver control is described in this thesis. Basic characteristics of motor, Sinamics S120 AC motor drive, Starter software package and resolver speed encoder were described. Motor control instructions were given for using CU310 PN control unit via Starter. The following steps were described: creating the project, Starter-drive communication setup link, Starter drive configuration settings, setting the parameters properly necessary for commissioning and basic characteristics signal recording for the momnets of start, reversing and stop. The signals were processesd by Matlab and later disccued. One way setting of PI speed contoller and speed setpoint filter in control structure was described.
