Abstract
Tema rada je upoznavanje s turbinskim mjerilom te njegovim ispitivanjem. Ispitane su dvije helikoidne turbine tipa Heliflu TZN pomoću jednosmjernog cijevnog etalona u Laboratoriju JANAF, terminal Sisak. Dobiveni rezultati statistički su obrađeni prema normi HR EN ISO 4124:2005 te su zadovoljili propisane granice točnosti od ±0,15%. Osim statističke obrade, dobiveni rezultati grafički su prikazani pomoću univerzalne krivulje. Iste turbine umjerene su u laboratoriju tvornice Faure Herman te je na temelju tih rezultata provedena međulaboratorijska usporedba grafičkom i analitičkom metodom.
Abstract (english)
Topic of this diploma work is introduction with turbine meter and its calibration. Two helicoid turbine of type Heliflu TZN have been tested using the one-way pipe etalon in the JANAF laboratory, terminal Sisak. Obtained results have been statisticaly processed according to the HR EN ISO 4124:2005 norm and they have satisfied prescribed limits of accuracy of ±0,15%. Besides statistical process, obtained results have been graphicaly presented using universal curve. The same turbines have been calibrated in the "Faure Herman" factory laboratory in France and, based on graphics and analytical comparison of these results, the interlaboratory comparison has been carried out.
