Abstract
Rad obuhvaća teorijsku podlogu o kontroli i upravljanju rizicima, te dokumentaciju programske podrške koja je razvijena. Rizik je vjerojatnosti nastanka nekog događaja koji će imati negativne posljedice na poslovanje. Njegovo očitovanje u budućnosti je neizvjesno, može unaprijediti poslovanje ili prouzrokovati negativne posljedice. Time je kontrola rizika za poslovanja neophodna, a ujedno i zahtjevan i odgovoran posao. Da bi se rizik mogao kontrolirati potrebno ga je prethodno identificirati i analizirati. Razvijena programska podrška podržava unos i pregled projekata, evidentiranje rizika, povezivanje rizika s projektima i pridruživanje kontrola rizicima. Za rizike se bilježi njihov prioritet i utjecaj. Pregled rizika je omogućen pomoću implementirane liste Top 10 rizika.
Abstract (english)
This paper work includes the theoretical basis of risk control and risk management, and also documentation of software that has been developed. Risk is the probability of occurrence of an event that will have a negative impact on business. Its manifestation in the future is uncertain, it can enhance business or cause adverse effects. That makes risk control essential for business, but at the same time it is demanding and responsible job. In order to control the risk, it is necessary to previously do the identification and analysis. The developed software supports adding and reviewing projects, adding risks, linking risks with projects and joining controls to risks. For risk is recorded its priority and impact. Review of risk is provided by the list of Top 10 risks.
