Abstract
U radu je dan osnovni pregled komunikacijskih sustava i tehnologija korištenih u uređajima i sustavima za medicinsku njegu. Dan je prikaz bežičnih standarda za privatne mreže s malim brzinama (Bluetooth, ZigBee, te RFID), te je opisana arhitektura i načina povezivanja čvorova u WSN i WBAN mrežama. Vremenom narasle potrebe za bežičnim umrežavanjem su rezultirale pojavom bežičnog komuniciranja širokog spektra. U cilju održavanja koraka sa najnovijim tehnologijama, u fokusu ovog rada je ZigBee mreža za bežični prijenos podataka i prikaz mogućnosti korištenja XBee OEM modula za njenu implementaciju.
Abstract (english)
The paper gives a basic overview of communication systems and technology used in the devices and systems for medical care. Provides an overview of wireless standards for private network with low speeds (Bluetooth, ZigBee, and RFID), and describes the architecture and ways of connecting nodes in the WSN and WBAN networks. Over time, increased need for wireless networking have led to the emergence of wireless communications and a wide range of applications and rapid development of technologies that enable this. In order to maintain pace with the latest technologies, the focus of this paper is wireless ZigBee networks and show the possibilities of using XBee OEM modules for its implementation.
