Abstract
Sustav elektroenergetskog napajanja na FER-u se sastoji od više sustava. Sustavi su rasprostranjeni na raznim lokacijama unutar zgrada FER-a te je iz tog razloga bilo potrebno isprojektirati centralni sustav nadzora koji bi prikupljao i prikazivao podatke o svim komponentama sustava. Za povezivanje svih komponenti na centralni sustav bilo je potrebno riješiti način komuniciranja komponenti s nadzornim sustavom. Postojeća mreža na FER-u je usmjerila odabir našeg komunikacijskog standarda te je odabran PROFINET. Sustav fekalni pumpi i UPS sustavi, odnosno razvodni ormari sistem sale su već bilo osposobljeni komunicirati s centralnim sustavom nadzora preko PROFINET-a. Za glavni razvodni ormar je odabran komunikacijski procesor sa PROFINET priključkom, a za dizel-električni agregat je odabran pretvarač te su tako oba sustava dobila mogučnost komunikacije s centralnim sustavom upravljanja. Za sustav fekalnih pumpi jer napravljen pregledni ekran u SCADA sustavu. Svaka jama je prikazana zasebno te svaka ima prikazana stanja prekidača, sklopnika i pumpi kao i pripadajućih razina tekućina. Također je prikazan i broj uklopa i vrijeme rada u satima za svaku pumpu sustava zasebno.
Abstract (english)
The system of power supply at FER consists of multiple systems. The systems are distributed at various locations within the FER building and for that reason it was necessary to make the projection of the central monitoring system that would collect and display information on all system components. To connect all components to the central system the way components communicate with the control system.had to be solved Existing network at FER has focused the selection of our communication standard and PROFINET was selected. The system of fecal pumps and UPS systems, part of system hall distribution boxes, were already able to communicate with the central system control via PROFINET. For the main control cabinet the selected solution was communications processor with PROFINET connection, and for diesel-electric unit a converter, thus both systems got the ability to communicate with a central control system. For fecal system pumps a screen was made in the SCADA system. Each sewage pit is shown separately and each pit has the state of the switch, contactor and the pump shown, as well as the associated level of liquid. It also shows the number of switching operations and the running time in seconds for each pump system separately.
