Abstract
U nekoliko proteklih godina proizvodnja i instalirana snaga fotonaponskih panela su ubrzano rasle, a njihova cijena padala. Razlog tome je usavršavanje tehnologija, potreba cijelog svijeta za smanjenjem emisije stakleničkih plinova i želja za iskorištavanjem ogromnog potencijala Sunčevog zračenja. 30% svjetske instalirane snage fotonaponskih elektrana su upravo mali solarni fotonaponski sustavi, kojima se postiže distribuirana proizvodnja i rasterećenje elektroenergetskog sustava. U Hrvatskoj je zbog vrlo visokih otkupnih cijena električne energije iz malih fotonaponskih sustava gradnja istih izrazito isplativa. Međutim, zbog niskih kvota za otkup električne energije za nove fotonaponske sustave trenutno je izrazito teško dobiti status povlaštenog proizvođača električne energije. Prema svim predviđanjima ova tehnologija će se nastaviti razvijati a instalirana snaga malih fotonaponskih sustava rasti.
Abstract (english)
In the last few years production and installed power of photovoltaic panels have been growing rapidly, while their price was getting lower. Causes are improvement of technology, need to lower greenhouse gasses emissions and desire to exploit huge potential of Sun. Currently 30% of entire world photovoltaic installed power are small photovoltaic systems, with whom distributed production is achieved, and electric power system is disburdened. In Croatia, due to high buy off prices of electric energy made in small photovoltaic systems, their construction is highly profitable. However, because of low allotment for electric energy buy off of new small photovoltaic systems it is very hard to get status of privileged electric energy producer. According to all predictions photovoltaic technology will keep developing and installed power of small photovoltaic systems will continue to grow.
