Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada, odnosno teoretskom dijelu obrađene su teme zagušenja u elektroenergetskoj mreži, opisane su metode po kojima se računaju vrijednosti prijenosne moći, te su prikazane NTC vrijednosti za Republiku Hrvatsku. Obzirom da je zadatak rada uključivao proširenje EL-TO Zagreb u teoretskom dijelu su prikazana vrste kogeneracijskih, kombiniranih i kombiniranih kogeneracijskih postrojenja koje se grade kako u Republici Hrvatskoj tako i u svijetu. U ostatku teoretskog dijela prikazane su metode proračuna tokova snaga (Gauss-Seidel pomoću Y matrice, Gauss-Seidel pomoću Z matrice, Newton-Rapshon metoda) te je opisan proračun kratkog spoja prema normi IEC 60909. U praktičnom dijelu opisana je mreža prijenosnog područja Zagreb, te se bazira na konkretnoj primjeni metoda za rješavanje zagušenja u mreži (varijante 1,2,3,4,5). U svakoj od varijanti provjereni su sigurnosni kriteriji (analiza n-1 sigurnosti, ograničenje zbog termičke moći vodova i kabela). Naposljetku prema ukupnim gubitcima u mreži i zadovoljenju u pogledu sigurnosnih kriterija odabrana je metoda po kojoj se problem zagušenja riješio.
Abstract (english)
In the first part of the paper, or the theoretical part the topics of congestion in the power grid are discussed, the ways in which the transmission power values are calculated and the NTC values for the Republic of Croatia are shown. Given that the task of the work included the extensions of EL-TO Zagreb, theoretical part shows the types of cogeneration, combined and combined cogeneration plants, both in the Republic of Croatia and in the world. In the reminder of the theoretical part, methods of calculation of the power flows (Gauss-Seidel using Y matrix, Gauss-Seidel using Z-matrix, Newton-Raphson method) are presented and a short term calculation according to IEC 60909 is described. In the practical part, the network of portable area Zagreb is described, and it is based on the concrete application of the method for solving the congestion in the network (variants 1,2,3,4,5). In each variant, the security criteria (n-1 safety analysis, limitation due to thermal power of the lines and cables) were checked. Finally, the method for solving the problem of congestion has been selected for the overall losses in the network and meeting the security criteria.
