Abstract
Proučiti teoriju i opisati postupak projektiranja LC oscilatora koji rade na visokim frekvencijama. Provesti simulacije LC oscilatora realiziranog u TSMC 180 nm CMOS tehnologiji u programskom okruženju Cadence. Nacrtati topološki nacrt cijelog LC oscilatora i provesti simulacije s ekstrahiranim parazitnim komponentama. Napisati MATLAB kod za efikasno crtanje topoloskog nacrta zavojnice prema definiranom broju zavoja, širini linije i razmaku između linija. Usporediti rezultate simulacija prije i poslije ekstrakcije parazitnih komponenata sklopa. Pripremiti izvještaj s postignutim rezultatima.
Abstract (english)
Research the theory and describe the process of designing an LC oscillator that works on high frequencies. Perform simulations of the LC oscillator that was realized in 180 nm CMOS technology in the software environment Cadence. Draw the topology of the inductor that is also realized in TSMC 180 nm technology. Draw the topology of the whole LC oscillator and perform simulations with extracted parasitic components. Write MATLAB code for effective drawing of the inductor topology according to the defined number of turns, line width and spacing between lines. Compare the results of the simulations before and after extracting parasitic components of the circuit. Prepare a report with achieved results.
