Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je upravljanje laboratorijskim modelom pogona s asinkronim strojem uporabom programibilnog logičkog kontrolera Siemens Simatic S7-1200 i pretvarača napona i frekvencije Siemens Sinamics S-120 sa upravljačkom jedinicom CU310 DP, povezanih industrijskom komunikacijskom mrežom. Korišteni su i programski paketi tvrtke Siemens: Starter i TIA Portal, te je izrađeno vizualno korisničko sučelje (HMI). Nakon proučavanja zadatka te svih mogućnosti konfiguriran je sustav, osmišljen algoritam upravljanja, izrađeno je vizualno sučelje, cijeli je pogon testiran te je snimljen odziv ključnih signala.
Abstract (english)
A task of this thesis is managing a laboratory model of a drive with induction machine using programmable logic controller Siemens Simatic S7-1200 and variable-frequency drive Siemens Sinamics S-120 with control unit CU310 DP, connected by industrial communication network. Also, software packages from company Siemens, Starter and TIA Portal, were used and human machine interface (HMI) visualization was made. After studying the task and all the possibilities system was configured, managing algorithm was made as well as visual interface, the whole drive model was tested and response of key signals was traced.
