Abstract
Da bi korisnicima omogućili što veću dostupnost svoje usluge i da bi se smanjile potrebe za ljudskim radom sve više tvrtki nude web ili mobilne aplikacije koje automatiziraju barem dio njihove usluge. Te usluge danas s korisnicima komuniciraju na sve više prirodnije načine. Bilo da korisnik komunicira putem govora ili teksta, softverski robot s ugrađenom interpretacijom jezika je izvrstan način za automatizaciju nekakvi usluga ili poslova. Uz korištenje razvojnog okvira Bot Framework softverski robot se lako može ugraditi u, primjerice, web-aplikaciju.
Abstract (english)
In order to allow the widest availability of their services to users and to reduce the need for human labor, more and more companies offer web or mobile applications that automate at least some part of their services. These services today communicate with users in more and more natural ways. Whether a user communicates through speech or text, a software bot with built-in language interpretation is an excellent way to automate some services or tasks. Using Bot Framework enables software bot to easily be embedded in, for example, a web application.
