Abstract
Obnovljivi izvori energije, posebno vjetrene elektrane, danas zauzimaju sve značajnije mjesto u cjelokupnoj proizvodnji električne energije. U radu su ukratko opisani tipovi generatora koji imaju primjenu u vjetrenim elektranama, te su navedene prednosti i nedostaci pojedinog rješenja. Opisan je tijek i postupak izdavanja pojedinih dozvola i suglasnosti te prava i obveze proizvođača i operatora sustava u pravno – tehnološkoj proceduri razvoja i realizacije projekta izgradnje vjetrene elektrane. Posebna pažnja posvećena je priključenju vjetrene elektrane na mrežu te utjecaj generatora na rad mreže. Izvršen je i proračun na primjeru mreže pomoću programa NEPLAN. Analiziran je i utjecaj vjetrene elektrane na okoliš i životinjski svijet.
Abstract (english)
Wind power plants have become very popular during past few years. Their potential has been recognised, and their penetration to energy market has been encouraged with various mechanisms. Though, it's a long way from idea of construction wind power plant and the realization of that project. Various challenges appear, such as recognition of potential location, necessary documentation, negotiation, building plans and connecting plans. Connection to the network and generator impact on network are described in detail. In this work is presented estimation of impact on network as an example, and which is tested by NEPLAN, and is also described the impact of wind power plant to the environment.
