Abstract
Upravljanje poslovnim procesima se koristi za modeliranje, organizaciju, kreiranje te upravljanje procesima čime se omogućuje preglednost i lakše razumijevanje poslovanja unutar organizacije. Središnji predmet istraživanja ovog rada je modeliranje i upravljanje poslovnim procesima. Pri modeliranju procesa korištena su dva različita pristupa. Prvi pristup koristi formalne postupke oblikovanja poslovnih tokova zasnovane na primjeni Petrijeve mreže te omogućuje simulaciju procesa i jednostavniju analizu. Drugi pristup za modeliranje i upravljanje poslovnim procesima koristi radni okvir Activiti te programski jezik Java. Ovo rješenje jednostavnije je za korištenje, pogotovo ako se koristi preko preglednika weba pokretanjem komponente Activiti Explorer.
Abstract (english)
Business process management is used for modeling, organization, creation and management processes allowing for transparency and easier understanding of the business within the organization. The central topic of this paper is the modeling and managing business processes. In modeling process two different approaches were used. The first approach uses formal procedures of forming business flows based on the application of Petri net and allows simulation of process and it is easier to analyse. Another approach for modeling and business process management uses Activiti BPM Platform and Java programming language. This solution is easier to use, especially when used via web browser by running Activiti Explorer component.
