Abstract
Na temelju prikupljenih zahtjeva i pregleda postojećih rješenja, izrađen je koncept digitalnog sustava za upravljanje pogonskim pretvaračem. Centralnu jedinicu upravljačkog sustava čini procesor za digitalnu obradu signala TMS320F28379D proizvođača Texas Instruments. U digitalnom sustavu korišten je i FPGA koji osim što nadzire centralnu jedinicu, prikuplja digitalne signale perifernog sklopovlja i omogućava programsku implementaciju zaštitnih funkcija. Uvođenjem u specifične probleme i načine njihovog rješavanja detaljno je opisan dizajn podsustava za mjerenje faznih struja, mjerenje napona istosmjernog međukruga, mjerenje temperatura motora i učinskog modula, sučelja za priključak rezolvera, sučelja za priključak okidačkog sustava učinskih sklopki, komunikacijskog sučelja i glavnog napajanja. U svim fazama dizajna sustava posebna pažnja bila je posvećena zaštitnim funkcijama i sigurnosti rada cjelokupnog pretvarača.
Abstract (english)
Within this thesis, a conceptual design of digital control system for traction inverter was made based on the input requirements and existing topologies. Digital signal processor TMS320F28379D from Texas Instruments was used as a master unit. Additional FPGA unit was used to supervise the master unit operation and to collect and distribute digital signals from the peripherals. Protection logic is also implemented in the FPGA. Detailed design procedures for phase current measurement, DC-link voltage measurement, motor and power module temperature measurement circuits, resolver hardware interface, gate drive connection interface, main power supply and all the protection features are given. The entire design of digital control system was driven with the security features in mind in order to ensure safe operation of the inverter as a unit.
