Abstract
Upravljanje odnosima s klijentima (eng. Customer Relationship Management - CRM) opisuje pristupe, strategije i tehnologije koje tvrtke koriste za analizu i upravljanje odnosa s klijentima. Sustavi za automatizaciju prodaje (eng. Sales Force Automation – SFA) su informacijski sustavi korišteni u sklopu CRM-a, te služe za automatsko praćenje svih koraka u procesu prodaje. CRM i SFA aplikacije su vrlo korištene i tražene u poslovnom svijetu. Aplikacija za automatizaciju prodaje pomaže prodavaču da poveća svoju prodajnu efikasnost. Takva aplikacija najčešće omogućava korisniku da jednostavno organizira svoje poslove i aktivnosti, te prati kako napreduje prodaja korisnika i njegovih suradnika. Aplikacija opisana u ovom radu je web aplikacija arhitekture MVC koja pruža sve osnovne mogućnosti jedne SFA aplikacije.
Abstract (english)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an approach to managing a company's interactions with current and future customers. Sales force applications (SFA) are information systems used in CRM marketing and management that help automate some sales and sales force management functions. When it comes to company business, both SFA and CRM applications are very popular. SFA helps the salesperson to increase his sales productivity. Typical SFA features are: deal and activity scheduler, data visualization (statistics) and other features that give insight to how the company business is going. The application described in this work is an MVC web application. All of the basic SFA features are implemented in the application.
